Shipping & Delivery

At this time, Shelli Bay ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Shelli Bay ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Return Policy

Return Policy

30 Day Returns Accepted In New, Sealed Condition for Exchange or Credit. There is a 12% restocking fee. Personalized, close out, special orders are not returnable.

If you would like to return an unused, new condition standard design product:

Contact Us using the “Contact Us” form located at the bottom of the homepage.
Print & Fill Out the Return Form that will be email to you upon contact
Provide Shellibay.com with USPS package tracking information.
When product is received, we will ship an exchange item or issue a credit.

Rules & Regulations:
All returned items for exchange credit must be authorized by Shellibay.com and must be accompanied by a fully completed Return Slip. Any product received without prior authorization, or incomplete paperwork will be refused.

No exchange or store credit will be issued for orders over 30 days old — no exception.

Any returned item must be received in new, unused condition. All returned items will inspected upon arrival. If an item is received used or in unsatisfactory condition — no exchange or credit will be issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, 12% stocking fee, and shipping cost of exchange or credit item.
We will not accept exchange or issue credit for the following items:

Discounted or clearance items.
Personalized orders - including custom text, names, sizes, shapes, logo, or other.

The above mentioned items are not resalable - all sales are final. No exceptions will be made, and no exchange or credit will be issued.

Exchanges will be shipped to you within 7 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved as resalable.

Mail your return USPS Priority with Tracking Number. In the event your return package is lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible for replacement or credit.

Any product(s) shipped back to us without approval, or a fully completed Return Slip will be refused. We will not issue credit, exchange or otherwise accept unauthorized returns.
No return on previously exchanged or credited merchandise permitted.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us via email immediately. If we have not begun to work on your order, cancellation will be granted at the discretion of Shellibay.com We cannot cancel orders that have already been placed on our productions schedule, or have already been produced.

Cancellation for personalized or customized orders that have already been through layout and designed by our staff but not produced (this includes custom text, names, colors, sizes, logo, or other) minus a 20% design fee which will be deducted from any refundable amount.
